AI for Leaders

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE is everywhere right now, and it promises to be one of those quantum leaps in business and technology like the arrival of the personal computer and the Internet. Unfortunately, its development is happening faster than companies can handle, and this puts leaders in the difficult position of needing to understand the threats and benefits of a new and versatile set of technologies in real time.
Our AI for Leaders course fits into our leadership series of courses designed specifically for leaders (alongside Change Management for Leaders and Communicating as Leaders). This course is designed for senior leaders who seek to understand and harness the potential of AI technology within their organizations. In two half-day sessions we deliver an up-to-date awareness of what AI is, its current usefulness and threat value, along with techniques for leading teams into its new world, devising metrics for its usage, and remaining up-to-date on its endless advances, using case studies for discussion. Evaluate the potential benefits and challenges of implementing AI solutions within organizational contexts. 4. Learn about ethical considerations, bias mitigation strategies, and responsible AI practices. 5. Gain insights into AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. 6. Develop strategies for fostering a culture of innovation and AI adoption within their teams and organizations. 7. Identify opportunities for leveraging AI to drive business growth, enhance customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency. 8. Discuss the future trends and emerging technologies shaping the AI landscape, such as AI ethics, explainable AI, and AI-enabled decision support systems.
