Time Management
TIME MANAGEMENT is one of those ideas that is good in theory, but in the real world seldom seems to work. Like many good ideas, the principles behind most time management courses and books fail to take into account the human element: that is, how people actually develop and adopt new habits, and then how they convince others to buy-in and support them. It's not just about a technique; it's about introducing and adopting that technique within a workplace community.
The Bristall Company delivers a unique method for learning how to manage time and priorities, one that is up-to-date and truly practical for the diverse working world of this decade. It is based on Steve's book, Cool-Time: A Hands-On Plan for Balancing Work and Managing Time, now in its third edition - updated in 2023. Copies of the book can be made available at a wholesale price as a companion to the course, but this is not obligatory.
The success of the program comes from its realism and versatility: it speaks to each participant individually, taking into account elements such as attention span, decision-making, metabolism and interests, to ensure the development of effective habits, as well as ensuring the teaching itself is most effective.
