Course Delivery:
The course will be delivered through a combination of lectures, case studies, group discussions, and interactive activities. It can be delivered in person or online. Participants will have access to online resources, including articles, videos, and tools to support their learning.

Assessment:
Participants will be assessed through quizzes, assignments, and a final project where they develop a wellness action plan for their organization.
By the end of this course, participants will have the knowledge and skills to create a workplace culture that prioritizes the well-being of employees, leading to increased engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
Our sessions are interactive, and wherever possible, used anonymized case studies drawn from the pre-course assessments. Participants are encouraged to work through and solve their challenges, and ongoing post-session support is always available at no charge.
